British Council English Language Centre

Established in 1976 as part of a government-backed, world-wide network of offices encouraging the spread of British culture abroad. The British Council operates in 109 countries and the Hong Kong branch offers a range of English language courses for adults and students. Much of the material is designed for Hong Kong learners by the staff. Courses include general English, English for work, young learners and academic examination courses, and English for those planning on studying abroad.

There is also a chance to learn Chinese.
