Summer Cocktails
With summer upon us, Maitre'd Matteo De Anna at Baci has concocted a whole list of refreshing but definitely intoxicating Campari cocktails!
Spruzzatoa mix of white wine, Campari and soda on the rocks or straight up. Campari Scecherato Shaken Campari, served straight up. Cardinale white wine, Campari and Vermouth red on the rocks. Piemontese Red Martini and sparkling White wine on the rocks. Miss Melania Champagne, apple juice, Vodka and a drop of Blue Curaçao. Baia Pompelmo Gin, Campari and Grapefruit juice on the rocks. Sgarbato Vodka, Campari and Sparkling wine. Rio Mio Spumante, Pineapple and a touch of Rum.
Frullato al Caffe’ Double Espresso whip frozen with Baileys, milk and sugar. Torello Kahlua and Vodka shot. Sgroppino Frozen Lemon sorbet with Vodka topped with Spumante. Sogno Brasiliano Vodka, coconut and Blue Curaçao. Mojito Rum, fresh lime, mint leaf and sugar. Caipiriña Caçaca, fresh lime and cane sugar ( with Mango juice, if you prefer).
