China Lan Kwai Fong's cuisine is contemporary while encompassing many of the provincial delicacies from Canton, Szechuan, Beijing and Shanghai. They also serve dim sum from both Southern and Northern China.
The menu inclides both basic a la carte, a rotated dim sum list, weekend "all-you-can-eat" dim sum brunch, set lunch menus, set dinner menus, Chef Specialities with seasonal dishes and an extensive desert menu.
Try the pan-fried Szechuan-style king prawn with chili and spices and the stir fried diced river fish with corn kernels, pine nuts and lettuce puff.
