The restaurant is warm, welcoming and relaxing and is the first of its kind in Hong Kong to introduce Manchurian cuisine. Manchuria is in the North East of China and is bordered by Mongolia, Siberia and Korea. Its cuisine is a product of mixed cultures and local climates.
