The well-equipped bakery centre is owned by Ms Joanne Poon who was previously the chief instructor of Towngas specializing in dessert and western cuisine. Her mission is to provide a relaxing learning environment for people to spend his time after works and develop his interest. Every participant is guaranteed to bring his own completed cake home after the class.
