The Youth Arts Festival (YAF) started in 1993 to harness the creative energies and talents of children and young people from ages 5 to 25, with workshops, performances, exhibitions and outdoor events in all arts media. These are now held throughout the year, but culminate in the YAF's main programme held in November. Schools, groups and individuals are invited to participate.
