Multi-Sport Ltd was founded in 1983 to provide sports lessons and coaching to all ages from toddlers to adults. In 2001, it acquired Sportathlon Coaching Ltd.
Coaches offer courses in a wide range of activities including trampoline, tumble tots, junior sports, swimming, ball games and adult fitness. The company runs activities at many venues around Hong Kong, including Island School, Discovery Bay International School, Ladies' Recreation Club, YWCA and Kowloon Cricket Club. Those taking lessons do not have to be members of the host venue.
