I am a fitness and strength coach that hailed from an era before bodybuilding took over the minds and bodies of the masses in the modern commercial gyms. I train people to do things. I train fighters to fight, strength athletes to lift, runners to run, close protection officers to do their jobs and everyone to be healthy, strong and functional. I don’t train them to pose in front of mirrors and cameras.
I am well qualified on paper, NABBA, API senior coach BA, MSc. etc. I got all the bits of papers in the 1980’s, a time before there were bits of papers to tell you that I could train you. More importantly, I am passionate about coaching and have studied rigourously and extensively. My study contains over 2,000 books on training and coaching, motor skills aquisitions etc., and I have accumulated over 1,000 DVDs and videos on the subject in the last 25 years. Applications and getting results for me and the people entrusted to me are what drive me. I have coached many top names in different fields and taught by many myself.

I currently carry out the main part of my work at Gaia Therapy Centre and I can train people off site.
