"Delta Combat Athletics Training provides integrated self-defense and fitness training. This is not a "Tae-Bo" or "Kickboxercise" type program. It is real training for real fighting. The fitness benefits that are derived from training with progressive resistance in line with the intention of the program ensures that training is fun, functional and most importantly, safe.
Combat Athletics Training (C.A.T.) is fully integrated and includes:
Integrated Mixed Martial Arts & Personal Defense (Kickboxing, Grappling, Weapon Defense, Scenario Training)
Strength & toning through body-weight exercises. Do them anytime, anywhere, without the fuss and cost of having to get to a gym.
