At Cornerstone Health & Movement we bring balance, flow of movement, core strengthening and body awareness through Pilates, dance, rehabilitative therapy, dietetics and nutrition education, isometric and sports training complimented with theoretical and experiential fitness and nutritional learning.

Our studio strives on education. Teacher training programs are available year-round. And we offer apprenticeship and trainee programs to develop future generations of facilitators, teachers, therapists and studio managers for our unique and highly beneficial health and movement related industries.
