One Pilates Studio offers expert instruction and quality program design on the Pilates method of body conditioning. All of our teaching staff meet international Certification standards for Pilates instructors. Our studio is fully equipped with a full range of Pilates apparatus. Training begins with private assessment and instruction, followed by closely supervised group appointments. We offer private and group sessions.
One Pilates Studio is the Certifying Studio for the Physicalmind Institute in Asia. We offer teacher certification programs in Pilates Matwork and Pilates Equipment work. The certification programs are recognized by ACE,AFAA, COPSKT-AKTA, ISSA, NASM, NATABOC, and SFA.
