The Sports Development Board is a statutory body that promotes physical recreation in Hong Kong both at a community level and by helping to develop the SAR's top athletes. It offers progressive courses in a variety of activities, for people just starting out on a sport or those with the Olympics in mind. These include training in soccer, judo, mini-squash, tai-chi, tennis and gymnastics. All courses are designed and taught by qualified coaches. Private coaching is also available. The organisation's website carries a directory of the SAR's main sporting associations. |
