A wide range of junk hire options are available from luxury, all-inclusive boats, to simple boats with a skipper where you bring your own food and booze. Some junk boat companies in HK also offer season-hires whereby you pay one price and have weekend use of one of their junk boats for the entire summer.
In terms of food and drink, there are caterers that allow you to choose from a range of menus based on your per person budget for your junk party. Most caterers will have menu options that appeal to vegetarians and vegans; they will also allow you to customize your menu. And no junk party in HK would be complete without beer, wine, and spirits.
