adoption in Singapore

Has anyone here adopted a child while living in Singapore? Or know anything about the process as opposed to HongKong?

Lots of info on the Singapore govt website:

The one strange thing seems to be that you have to find the child to adopt....

thx. Which I guess means we directly interect with the agency in the country we want our baby from. Somehow it sounds like a quicker process than Hk... I maybe wrong. We have started the process here in HK but there is now talk of moving(which is annoying) so am trying to find out as much as I can about Singapore...

any other info would be great!
