Does any one know if we can start the HK adoption process before the three year mark? I was hoping we could start the assessment process a few months before our three year anniversary.

Hi,

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but we tried to start the process one month prior and had to wait to the day of our anniversary until they would send us our formal application. You can go to the initial seminar but after submitting the first general selection criteria form they will hold your application until 3 years. We waited and are now into the process.
