Indian Americans wishing to adopt from India

Just when we learned that India has loosened up their rules, seems (based on a thread here) that the US has made it more difficult for citizens to adopt. Can anyone recommend a site or agency to help us weave through all this red tape we see coming our way? Please!

There are 2 case workers specializing in adoptions from India. I think from what I remember that since you guys live in HK, you should have less of a problem. We were told that in case we move to the US in between the adoption process, it will become very complicated since we will have to go through both Chinese and American adoption protocols.
