Living in Shanghai, want to adopt

where do we start? we've lived in China for over 9 years, have been in shanghai for more than 6 months now.

Married couple with a 6 year old child and looking to adopt a baby girl.

Leads, advice would be appreciated

Hi! I don't know if you received a message from me or not due to me posting my number, which is not allowed so it may have been taken down. Anyway, I am a licensed master social worker in the US (LMSW), working for a US based agency here in China. I would love to answer any questions or see if I could be helpful in this process. I think that's awesome that you guys are looking to adopt. Also, due to living in China already your application would likely be expedited.
