I want to start up my own office,but confused which type to choose-

-consultancy?

-agency?

or have any other options please help me with your kind suggestions.

Actually, I meant that I would like to set up a small business but with a limited budget. Could you please suggest what kind has the best scope in a city like HK?

This is still a hard question to answer without knowing your skill set or what you would like to offer through your business - selling products or a service. Do you need to work from an office, a retail outlet, a home office?
