Hi,
anyone knows what issues that I need to take care of after setting up the company? Any recommended resources?
1. HR: Do I need to hire myself officially and send copy of the contract to any governmental department? ( I have work permit already)
2. HR: do I need to buy any insurance other than medical and accidental insurances?
3. tax: I went to revenue building and they told me that the tax will start after 18 months after the setup. Anything I need to pay attention?
4. should I pay any pension fund from now on? Is it true that a foreigner doesnt need to pay this for 1st year?
Pls advise anything that I should take care of.
