Best bank for start-up Hong Kong?

Need to open a business bank account and want to find out what bank would best serve a small start-up business? I have looked at HSBC and Hang Seng.
I want the most basic package with minimal fees.

Do they all need a $5000HKD deposit like HSBC?

Any comments welcome.
