Can I better my tax?

HongKong Tax system was mooted in the US as a possible role model for them to follow!

Then I found out that Mitt Romney paid a lower percentile tax than I did in HK! So what gives?


How can I get some tax rebate so that I can say I paid 15% and not 17%? Or better.

Have some children that helps bring your rate down. Get your rent paid by your company. Get as many allowances as possible from your employer. If you are paying tax you are making money, many of us don't have that honour to be one of those few people in HK that do.
