How much "lai see" for an assistant?

New to Hong Kong. What is an appropriate amount of money I should put in a red packet for my assistant for Chinese New Year? She has been very helpful and loyal in the few months she has worked for me, and I appreciate and would like to reward that. I should perhaps add that I work as an executive at a bank. Do expectations for "lai see" amounts to assistants run higher because I work for a bank?

i would not do 20 or 50 since that would be considered too low for a bank exec. 100 bucks is what most guys do at my bank. 500 would be setting a wrong precedent imho
