US Rental Property - living in Hong Kong

Hi there! If you live and work in Hong Kong (are a US citizen) and own rental properties in the US, how does the rental income from the US effect income tax? Do you still pay US income tax on the rental income, or does this fall under the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion under which HK income tax rates would apply? Thanks in advance for your advice!

You must pay normal US income taxes on it, no foreign deduction.
