Hello, I'm thinking about starting my own cookies business. I will be baking special cookies from home and selling them online. Do u thing is legal to do home baking business here in HK. And please if u have any advice to share. Thanks

HKregulaioncan be very tight in terms of food proudctionin industrial scale, a restaurant...; depends if you are looking at a big scale? if you sell somethingin small quantity on line, I do not think that anyone will bother you!But you need to tell "home made"Hope it helps!
