Best exchange rates for HKD - GBP forex trade?

I need to exchange a significant amount of HKD for GBP in the coming couple of months (HK$3Mill+) and am looking for advice on getting the best forex exchange rates.HSBC typically have a large 'spread' in their exchange rates - is there a way of bypassing HSBC and getting a better rate?I've also read recently that the GBP might be headed down over the coming weeks. Any advice out there regarding the future of the GBP/HKD exchange rates? I'm happy to pay (for professional advice...).
