Does anyone know if you can buy the above in Hong Kong please? Square bed on plastic legs and strong nylon net type cover. Ideal for outside and dries quickly.

Yes you can get them here. I brought one in Sai Kung. Comes in 3 different sizes with a removable wool cover. We have this one for outside. The other type we have is Snooza bed for inside. It's on a metal frame so prob sturdier. This was from OZ but if you searched on the web you may find them here.
