bring pet from hkg to another country

i need some help from anyone, who knows how to bring cats from hong kong to another country , because we going move out from hkg ASAP and i won,t leave my cats because i love them so much.


Do you know the procidures ?


any advice is appreciated

I found this on google by typing "importing pet to croatia" however I would recommend getting confirmation from the Croatian authorities and / or a professional pet mover:


The following documentation is required to import domestic pets into Croatia:


- Proof of rabies vaccination within 15 days prior to date of arrival

- International Certificate of Health from an accredited veterinarian (in the US known as USDA Form 7001)

- Micro-chipping details

- Fitness To Fly certificate if arriving by air (required by most airlines)
