Hong Kong Dog Rescue has them. They might have the small size which might be suitable for cats.

It's a comb which removes the loose undercoat of animals. Can be used on dogs, cats, rabbits, horses. If you google it you'll see.

I have just been looking at Whiskers and paws website, they sell them. just google whiskers and paws HK to have a look, I think their store is in Ap lei Chau, but may have otheres elsewhere.
