Hi,

I'm planning to bring my dog from Hong Kong to the USA for two months. I called the AFCD office to find out information on what types of shots, blood test and permits that is require in order to travel with my dog. Unfortunately I couldn't understand the lady's English.

If anyone has travel from Hong Kong to the USA and back with their dog, please kindly tell me what types of shots, blood test and permits are require.
