I am starting up my jewellery business and would like to find a web designer. As I'm keeping costs low, does any body know of a reasonable and creative web designer in Hong Kong?

Hi,

I know a couple of them who do it from offshore locations (india etc) hence the costs would be kept down. pm me your budget and any ideas you might have (eg: you need online shopping cart etc)
