Name And Shame?

Hello.

We bought something here on A-X from a woman, and it turns out she basically ripped us off. It is an electronic device that does not work as promised.

The horrible part is that if she would only make a phone call, it WOULD work fine. But now she's refusing to return our emails.

So we're out $3000 and feeling ticked off (to put it very mildly)

So here's my request for advice: Should I name and shame her in these forums. On the one hand it seems a bit crazy/stalker thing to do, but on the other hand three thousand is a lot of cash she has stolen from us.

so what you do think?

Please note this is forum is not a court room or ombudsman, if you feel you have been ripped off small claims court is the place to take this.

Rule of Law is the foundation of civilization and circumventing it with vigilante justice on public forums while it might sound attractive, destroys rule of law. Allowing such posts would ultimately be no different than hanging someone without a trial.

Again if you have been ripped off please call the authorities and/or take this to the courts.

Many ripped off shops are still existing in Hong Kong. No matter how difficult the economy is, they still do. So they only get one time business.

That is why, it is suggested to buy from big shops like Fortress, Broadway. I prefer Broadway in TST. The staffs are very helpful.
