I've just a placed an advert under properties for rent. There is an option box for Rates and Management Fees included but once the advert is live the checked box becomes "Inclusivce (Mortgages)", is this correct? In the old ads it use to say Inclusive of Rates and Management Fees (or something like that).

If you dont fill those fields out the assumption will be on the ad is that they are included in the rent

In the older format it used to say "Inclusive of Rates and Management Fees" which is very clear but now it just says "Inclusive (Mortgages)" which was a little unclear until I clicked on (Mortgages) because I didn't know it was a link to somewhere else.

On another matter, can you not put a degree symbol (looks like a little zero) on your current temperature for example 31°C as it looks more professional and is correct degree Celsius?
