UPS, DHL or EMS?

Hello!

Recently I changed position in my company and now I have to do purchasing not only material, but also of services. Need some advice on transportation companies.

Can you share with me recommendations on what company: UPS, DHL or EMS is better to use for parcels abroad? Mostly we are sending parcels to US and Europe, but also in the mainland China. Did anybody have experience in using international companies for domestic service?

US and Europe are not too much of a problem but the main issue is mainland China. It's not unknown for packages to get stuck in customs for months at a time. UPS are certainly better for the mainland and that is directly from someone who works in that area for DHL (not me but a 10 year veteran family member)!
