Employment Contract for US Visa

My dh interviewed for US Visa to accompany us back to the US. She was approved on the condition that we provide a US employment contract for her time in the US. I have never hear of anyone being asked for one... only for a supporting letter. Does anyone happen to have such a contract?

Very Unlikely they will approve your DH going to the US anyway. The US is VERY stict on givingout visa's for filipina's (assuming she is)

She has already been approved. They only asked that we provide the contract.

If you read the US consulate website, under application for Domestic Helper visa, you will see a list of things that should be in the employment contract. i.e. that you'll pay her US based salary, hours of work/day, that you'll pay for her plane ticket and her food and lodging, etc.

I used a format given to me by a Philippine lawyer/friend. My helper has had no problem using it and has gotten approved both times that she's applied. I'll send it to you via PM.

Just be aware that it should be a contract that is enforceable in the US (or in a specific State) - by both parties...so hobbling something together just for the sake of getting the visa and with no intention of following it will only serve to complicate matters down the track.
