Flight Ticket for helper

Do anyone have any idea where can I buy the flight ticket to send my helper home. As I know she lives in a Province, somewhere like Roxas, where can I get the domestic flight ticket for her.

Do I need to designate a date of departure for her or buy those open ticket.

In fact, we are going to terminate the contract with her, so have to buy her the ticket for returning home.

An open tkt is more costly than a definite date of departure. As you are terminating her, you should get a dated tkt soon after she leaves your home.
If she wants to delay the date then she herself can go to the travel agent & do so at her own extra cost.
