Looking for full time helper advice needed

My wife and I are looking for a full time live-in helper and would prefer finding someone already in Hong Kong. I am just wondering is it better to use an agency for all of the paperwork and for the interviewing. Can anyone recommend a good agency? How about the AsiaXpat services? Good/bad?

You really want to interview yourself as everyone's needs are different. We have used Asiaxpat recently and were pleased with the filtering of maids for interview and the dealing of paperwork. All sorted quickly and efficiently despite me overwhelming Evelyn with emails sometimes! I'd certainly use again.
