I have a sister who is right now working in singapore as our cousins helper as she is very attached to my cousins baby so she says yes to the offer, her contract will finish on the last day of february. Me and my husband wants to send her to school as she is still very young at the age of 24. We want her to come to hongkong first before going to back to phils. as our gift to her upcoming birthday. We really got confused as some of our friends said that she might be hold at the airport immigration as some of the airport immigration officers might think that she will look for a job in hongkong. We thought of buying her a ticket from singapore to hk and hk to phils. and give her an invitation letter inhand to give to the immigration officer incase that they will ask her.
is this enough? We don't want her to work as a helper anymore due to some bad experience and me as her big sister really felt bad about it as i never worked as a helper thought it's a very decent job and i salute all my fellow filipinos who are very hardworking. Pls help me with this as i really am very confused. Thank you in advance.

You can get her a ticket from Singapore to HK and HK to Philippines easily. The thing is, she won't be able to study in HK under a tourist visa. You'll need to first apply to universities, be approved, and have a student visa issued before she can study here.
