yes, BUT they MUST be either HKID perm residents OR have a dependent visa. NO ONE on a foreign domestic helper visa is legally allowed to live out.(there is a stipulation that if you had a live-out helper before this law was enacted, that you can continue to have one, however, i believe this is not your case.)
