Chinese NY holidays for maids

Are Feb 7,8,9 off for maids. Our maid is asking me if she could take off for all of the mentioned 3 days.

Yes, the first three days of the Lunar New Year are statutory holidays to which she is entitled.

and then if sund is her regular day off, she gets that too.
total= 4 days.

yep - 4 days! If you struggle (like we do - with two small children) I offered money for her to work - she agreed to work 3 days and take sun off - and was happy about it too - yuppee!!
