Hi,
Would anyone be able to tell me what formalities I must fulfil to end my helper's contract? Am I obliged to pay for her flight tickets? Do I notify the immigration or must she go to them?

You notify immigration, make sure that she is paid what she is due (and get her to sign for it) and you also pay for her to get all the way home, not just a flight ticket.

take some forms from the immigration department for the termination of contract, will be a good help for you.

You should notify the Immigration Department within 7 days of the date of termination. I did it online and no paper to be submitted. We kept the termination documentation just for in case.
