Hello to all. I need advise guys! I am currently here in Canada and will move to HK (Discovery Bay) on end of May. I have to hire a helper to help me out in HK but she is currently in the Philippines right now. I just want to ask if I can already start the processing of her papers right now so by the time I will transfer to HK she can go there right away? What are the steps to be taken? Please recommend honest and reliable agencies to process the needed docs. Thanks in advance.

you can't apply a visa for her yet. Normally you can only apply a visa for your DH if you are 3 months in HK already, but there will be exemptions...ask immigration, normally they will ask for the tenancy agreement and a letter from your company that you are going to stay in HK and have a job here. This is case to case basis.
