helpers changing employer

Does anyone know the procedure for helpers wanting to change employer?
Do they have to return to the Phils?

If they do, do they then have to pay agency fees to return even if they have a job to come back to?

Is the procedure different if they have terminated their contract or the same whether terminated or just finished?

Not if they find a new employer immediately. Then they just have to leave for a couple of weeks I think. Macau is popular.

dont think so unless rules changed, we hired ours straight after her prev contract, she did not have to go anywhere..

well depends on which is it.. if she is changing coz her emploeyrsare moving out of hk she will be allowed to start immediately then go home before her first year wth you is up

but if she will break contract she will have to go back
