What do you pay when helper terminates contract

While we were planning to fire our helper our helper decided to give us one month notice of termination and leave. She has been working for us for 3 months.

I know that I will have to pay her for next month's service. But what else?

Do I still need to pay her a return ticket to her place of origin although it is she who has given the termination notice and not us?

Please advise.
