employment contract

I am hiring a DH who is currently working for a friend who is moving back to the US in a couple of months. Where do I get an employment contract- all I can find on the immigration web site is samples.
Does my DH have to return to her home country before she works for us? Her previous contract has about a year left and she spent a few weeks in her home country last March 2008.

If you physically go to Immigration you can get a standard contract to fill out. It is not downloadable.

No, you can defer her leave, I believe up to a year.
