Hi

We are potentially looking to change our helper but are looking for a helper who is recommended by the employer and is only looking for a new employer because of the employer moving away etc. Not broken contract, not searching for more money. Are there any links where employers try to help helpers find a new job?

Most helpers have reference letters from previous employers (which is in effect an effort to help them find a new job)
