Hi, I'm looking for a full time helper, but the agence told me that the process do employ one takes about 4 weeks. It's legal if I found one, she start working for me as a part time during the time to finish all process???

yes,it is illegal to hire a helper while the papers is still on process.much better if you get a LEGAL part time helper.

I already have a part time helper, to clean three times week, but she don't speak english. how can I leave my baby with her??? there is any agency that have a part time english speaker whith reasonable price?? my is from home easy, really good service for cleaning, but all cleaners are chinese. how do I know if someone is resident???

How do you know if someone is a PERMANENT resident (and therefore legally permitted to work on a part-time basis)? Ask them first, and then check their ID card.

I am looking for a part time legal to help with child care and chores. Does anyone know of anyone that can help? 3-4 days per week for 4-5 hours per day. In the mid levels.
