I have had some difficulty finding Kale in Hong Kong. Maybe I am not looking in the right places. Can anyone tell me where to find Kale in Hong Kong.

I live in the Kowloon area.

park n shop fusion stores sell baby kale in plastic bags in the local produce section (not the organic) Ask in wet markets

If you mean the dark green curly kale, I've bought it in City Super, and also South Stream online have it occasionally.

Marks and spencer (If I remember correctly, they sell it at a bargain for only $28)
