I'm a full-time mother, my son is 6 1/2 mos old, anyone interested to meet up to have some coffee near Wan Chai or CWB area. So far, i've not tried to go out with my son alone. i'm nervous, don't have enough confident to do so. i was hoping to meet up with mommies to talk about their daily activities and motherhood. cheers, :O)

hi there, you can start going to playgroups, there you can meet moms with same situation as yours, my son started going to playgroup when he was 6 months, its not only for his sake but much more to me as well, because I met a lot of moms there who are very good and friendly, although I dont meet them anymore,but still it was a nice start.

I am happy to meet you but my son is already 20 months old, too much age difference with your baby.

Hi there, I know how you feel as it can be daunting taking a little one out and about! My daughter is 6 1/2 months too and has just started going to a playgroup which she seems to enjoy. I am happy to meet up too.

You are welcome to join us for coffee with your son. I moved to HK back in April and have a 2 year old and currently expecting my second (due next month). I meet a group of mums via this site and we now meet regularly on a Fri afternoon (around 2pm) at Pacific Coffee on Hollywood Rd, near Soho, Central. I hope to be there this Fri. hi , NDAPG & Bundaku , for composing mail, you have to go in compose mail, then click letter ..example my login name starts with G ,so type G, n all names with G will be listed, choose the name you want to reply. and then start writing mail. I will PM you my contact.

Hi Bayberry - we just moved to HK last week and are considering moving to Wan Chai - my son is 8 1/2 months -= we are looking at Starcrest building - how do you like living in the area with a baby? We are also looking at DB and we are torn as we are city people but worried about getting around with a baby. Thanks so much! Melissa

I was told there is a TOY Library available at MAIN Library at Causeway Bay.
It is a 45min section, need to call and make appt with them. Just wondering if you are interested to meet up with there. So there our little can play and we can chat.
If so, i'll call to find out more information.
