Kids function in Bel Air

I heard there is a bazaar or fair in Bel Air once a month. Does anyone knows the exact timing ? Thank you.

it is the Pokfulam Open Market at the lawn area next to Le Meridien Hotel. You take the escalator up from outside Park N Shop. It is now being organized twice a month, the 2nd and 3rd Sundays.
