Postnatal exercise class with baby

Hi,

can anyone tell me whether there are postnatal exercise classes (pilates, yoga, anything)to which I can also bring my baby?

Do not want to leave with my helper but need to do some exercise.

even though I do not know if you can bring the baby, why not try to call them.
